Aloe Vera of Australia’s Aloe Vera Extract is produced from fresh Australian grown Aloe Vera leaves, which are organically grown without chemicals, phosphates or pesticides - only seaweed fertilizers are used.
Australia offers the best conditions for growing Aloe Vera. Its soil is rich in minerals and trace elements. Its warm, sunny climate is devoid of frost and cold snaps.
The Aloe Barbadensis Miller variety is the Aloe we use - the Aloe that is prized for its cosmetic, medicinal and healing qualities.
The leaves are hand filletted, and only the fillet is used, the outer part of the leaf being discarded. The extract is then finely filtered. This process produces an extract that is pure and non-irritating, while still retaining the natural vitamins, minerals, polysaccharides, amino acids and enzymes of the leaf. It contains less than 0.01% Aloin.
Aloe Vera naturally contains an impressive list of nutrients: Vitamins A, B2, B6, B12, C and E; minerals - Calcium, Sodium Potassium, Manganese, Phosphous, Magnesium, Copper and Zinc; and 20 of the 22 know Amino Acids, including 7 of the 8 essential Amino Acids, all necessary to maintain and compliment the body’s own repair, restorative and regenerative mechanisms. It also contains naturally occurring analgesics and anti-inflammatories; it is antioxidant, anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial.
